About Me

Firstly, just in case you've browsed here by chance, let me explain the purpose of this section of my site. On Friday 9th April (yes, a good Friday!), I started my "new" life as Suzy. So far, it's been the best decision of my life, and the weeks that have followed have been some of the best times of my life so far. I've appreciated everyone who's written, emailed, phoned to support me, they genuinely have all been welcomed.

So what will you find on this page then? Well, following experience from the first few weeks, this will develop into an occasional online "diary" of what I've been up to as I progress along a very long road to eventual reassignment into the person I believed I always should be.

• Pictures of the old and new me (to follow as I managed to a**e-up the lighting on them)
• TS/TV/TG related links and sites (to follow)
• My open letter and the FAQ page should answer most of your questions.

The pink background here is a little clichéd, but it's a nice shade but not for permanent use. As to the permanent colour for this, no idea. I prefer plain text and solid colours to background images for the speed of loading.

Finally, can I just re-iterate my thanks to everyone who's helped me since the new me started back on 9 April. If you don't think you have helped, then you probably have helped me, just without knowing it. This announcement is never easy, and I am under no illusions about my future tasks. So far, you've all been wonderful, and it is most appreciated.
