Archive of Scottish Major Operator Bus Fleetlists 2006-2016
N.B. LINKS ON THIS PAGE ARE IN THE MIDST OF BEING UPDATED AND FIXED
Many thanks to Chris Forbes who has allowed these fleetlists to be used here. These lists are free of charge, and come to you with our compliments. You can download these in Microsoft Excel (XLS/XLSX) format, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, whichever you prefer.
These fleetlists constitute the majority of large Scottish bus operators, and include details of fleet numbers, registration numbers, chassis numbers, body numbers, seating capacity, former registrations, and details of previous owners – each vehicle is on a seperate horizontal line.
These lists are abbreviated, using standard PSV Circle abbreviations – if you do not know what they mean, click here for a PDF guide to the abbreviations used. (updated to December 2016).

Summary of Depot Codes, Status Codes and Groups as at May 2017.
Further to the good reaction we had with the first edition of the all-in-one Fleetlist download, we’ve gone one further for May 2017, and launched a new hard copy version!
een, First Glasgow, First Scotland East, Lothian “Group”, McGills Bus Service, Stagecoach East Scotland, Stagecoach North Scotland, Stagecoach West Scotland, and Xplore Dundee. Updated to include the transfer of First Borders to Craig Group as Borders Buses, and the relocation of Rennies at Wellwood to the former Fife Scottish yard in Cowdenbeath.
Also includes Depot and Status codes, as well as a listing of Depot Locations and Codes.
If you do not have Microsoft Excel on your computer, a viewer for such files can be obtained from Microsoft.
If you do not already have a PDF viewer, a viewer or reader for such files can be obtained from Adobe.
p.s. Also thanks to Andrew Mackintosh for converting the 2006 lists to PDF’s.
